Gujarat signs L&T and Vyoma agreement for a Rs 25,000 crore AI data centre at Dholera
Gujarat signed an agreement with Larsen & Toubro and Vyoma on 20 February 2026 for an AI data centre at Dholera, an MoU-stage figure of Rs 25,000 crore for 250 MW of green, AI-ready capacity with operations targeted around 2028.
The agreement was reported by newsonair.gov.in, the Government of India's broadcaster, which places the sourcing at the top tier. The amount is an MoU figure rather than deployed capital, and the 2028 operations date is a target.
Five months later the state's data centre policy named Dholera its primary cluster, stacking policy incentives on top of this anchor agreement.
